When I decided to change from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle, I was overwhelmed and doubting my decision. The entire process with this dealership was wonderful! My salesman Dennon was the great. He was professional, helpful, and his knowledge of the car helped me go over the pros and cons and I decided to purchase the ID.5. He had to call around to local dealerships that would agree swap vehicles so I could get the model and color combo I wanted. I’m so sorry, but I didn’t catch the names of the sales manager and general manager, but they went above and beyond to get me all of the rebates and discounts I had available to me for purchasing an electric vehicle. Ryan Gonzalez, the finance manager was equally impressive. His thoroughness explaining the additional coverages they offered was outstanding. He made sure that I understood the additional coverage I chose and his professionalism and expertise made me confident I wasn’t buying something I didn’t need or wouldn’t use. I give this dealership and their awesome team a 5-star review. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Best experience I've had dealing with car dealerships over the last 47 years since buying my first car. Yunus (Client Advisor AKA Salesguy) was straight forward and honest the whole process. No hard sell manipulative stuff. He was a straight-shooter the first day we showed up to check out the 2026 VW ID.4 xxxxxxRWD (EV) in detail in-person and take a test drive, and a week+ later when I finally completed my pricing research and we sat down to discuss the final details. We already had a long satisfactory straight forward honest experience with VW South Coast's service department for our 2010 VW Tiguan, and I was hopeful the sales experience would be the same. I was happy it was. It should be noted I had already done extensive online detailed research over more than a year about EVs, various model EVs, chargers, etc, that would fit our desires. For us the ID.4 kept winning out. After the test drive I spent a week+ researching available vehicle inventory at the numerous dealers in the area. My intent was to give VW South Coast the first shot at the sale because of how Yunus treated us and our experience with their service department and our Tiguan. I was only looking for South Coast to match the lowest price in the area for the same model (trim level, etc). My bringing in printouts with the information South Coast needed to independently verify my findings allowed us to skip past any negotiation over the price. After verifying they simply matched the price. Something similar happened with my bringing in printouts of the currently discounted prices for the few accessories I wanted bundled. The sales department only saw list prices on their systems, so they had to go to the customer website for their own parts department to verify the discounted prices on my printouts. The main point is that South Coast was perfectly willing to keep the whole pricing discussion straight-up provided they were presented with honest information to independently verify any other deals the customer had found. All in all I can strongly recommend buying from VW South Coast.

What can I say, carmax is always great searched online found the car I liked and they shipped it to norco quickly. Norco was great, they had it ready for me, I’d alway prefer a nice detail on the wash but the car was as advertised. Exoress pick up was about 40 minutes only because I got there right when they opened otherwise great experience.
