Extraordinarily horrible experience in dealing with this dealership. They don't do anything to remedy their issues as well. There was no other customers there on the last day of the month which should have dealership. They don't do anything to remedy their issues as well. There was no other customers there on the last day of the month which should have been a red flag. The issues likely were not communicated with to management which likely part of the problem. They let me know how long they've been doing this which is why they felt they could take advantage of the situation. They had agreed on an incentive before we made the drive and than when it came to purchase, they took it back. If they would've made the smallest effort to make it right, it would not have left such a bad taste in my mouth. They gave us a broken key fob. It did not have hardware included and it did not have a battery. I purchased a new battery and even sent a picture that it was input correctly. This cost me a day of work and having to drive down to show them that it was not working. They did not believe me on the phone. After spending most of the day there and about 3 hours round trip, they did not fix the issue because they thought I put the battery in wrong. I have owned VW's for a very long time and I have used batteries since childhood. I know how to input a battery. They do not offer anything for any sort of inconvenience. They offer gas that I would not have needed if they did the inspection in the first place. Being that we just purchased a new car from them at full asking price, they should have treated us right. All we asked for was an oil change. The sales person said they can not offer anything for their mess up, for the day off work and for the trouble because their service center is inordinately overpriced. I haven't checked their hourly rate, but he said it was around $225 an hour at their service center. I am planning to purchase another car in the next few months and definitely will not be back. I would recommend using any other dealer. More
