April did an awesome job with the sale. I contacted her by phone a few days before I visited the dealership. When I arrived at the dealer a few days later everything was handled. The car was washed and fueled and all we had to do was sign the paperwork. Joey, the finance manager was awesome. Pleasantly surprised, I was "bowled over" by her professionalism, courteousness, knowledge and experience. She listened and offered information and knowledge to help me decide what vehicle I wanted, and what I needed. At the end of our conversation I was confident of the car I wanted and immediately wanted to see it in person; if it is what she claimed it to be, purchase it that same day. Without missing-a-beat she encouraged me to complete an on-line application prior to meeting, so as to streamline the time needed in-house. I made an appointment for that afternoon and we started our trek from Los Angeles County. Well, upon arrival April Dean met us as we set foot into the showroom. My experience at the Capistrano Volkswagen dealership was exceptional, I felt like everything was very seamless. I came in with a very specific idea of what I wanted and we found it. Everything seemed very efficient as far as paperwork, and Connie made everything seem very easy and less daunting being that this was the first car that I bought from a dealership. Connie was very helpful from helping me find my future car, to filling out paperwork, and even setting up the Bluetooth in my car. She responds to emails in a timely manner and she even followed up a few times after all was said in done. I had visited all the dealerships in the area, and by far my Volkswagen experience was far superior to all the experiences I had at other dealerships. I went to Capo Volkswagen with an interest in the Jetta Sportwagen. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Connie Carroll. That included dropping off a missing component at our house up in Mission Viejo. She knew her products and took plenty of time to educate us on each feature without hesitation. That shows us that she really cares. Connie was also wonderful. She helped us get a good trade in value for our Altima Hybrid. She helped us test drive our beetle convertible.
