We bought our 2012 VW Routan from April at Capistrano VW. We enjoyed the overall experience. April was very knowledgable about Routan's features even though its a discontinued model. Mike took his time, addressed all my questions and concerns and walked me through the whole process. At no time did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. Hands down Capistrano VW has the best prices for certified vw. Steve was the person that contact me within an hour, with pretty much all the information that I needed. They were amazing! They helped us select a car for our son and explained all of our options. We chose the VW Jetta SE and our son was thrilled! He says the car is awesome! April was super helpful in setting up the phones, music and car-net. She is very responsive and fun to work with. Everyone is very helpful, friendly and supportive. They have lots of extra services like free carwashes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays which our son is excited for. They also have extra coverage for the cosmetics of the car such as dings, scratches, tears in the seats and so on. For our son who has lots of friends and two dogs, this is stellar! I highly recommend this dealer to anyone and we're thankful we went there for our son's new car! More
