He was very courteous and patient, showing us all the neat features the Passat has. Nick, the manager, listened to our needs and was very accommodating. Joey also helped us and handled our paperwork swiftly, so we didn't have to wait forever. I am adding Buddy to the review because he was the one to answer my online request for information, and sent me a very informative video of the car I was interested in. They all have a very positive and happy demeanor and made this a very positive experience! I highly highly recommend this dealership!!!! More

I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell us into something we didn't want. (No Pressure) During the test drive he answered my questions but he also allowed me to focus on driving the car and let the car sell itself. He showed us some of the car's features and was very friendly throughout. Paul Clark in financing got us through the paperwork very quickly and also without any high pressure to purchase options we didn't want. (Thank you Paul.)
