When I was looking for a Golf GTI lease last fall and I had a specific set of requirements that I was not willing to compromise on, Mike did not try to aggressively steer me to whatever car was on the lot but was quietly looking to find the exact car that I was looking for. The other dealers that I spoke with and visited misrepresented their inventories to get me to their lots trying to sell me cars that were quite far from my stated specs. He was very courteous and patient, showing us all the neat features the Passat has. Nick, the manager, listened to our needs and was very accommodating. Joey also helped us and handled our paperwork swiftly, so we didn't have to wait forever. I am adding Buddy to the review because he was the one to answer my online request for information, and sent me a very informative video of the car I was interested in. They all have a very positive and happy demeanor and made this a very positive experience! I highly highly recommend this dealership!!!! More

Great Used Vehicle Purchase Experience. Steven Skinner helped us with a 2014 Jetta 2.0L S I had inquired about via the website and was quick to respond. I let him know we were coming from 1 1/2 hours away and that I wanted to sort out as many of the purchase details as possible before driving down and he quickly enabled me to submit a credit application and get us started. I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell us into something we didn't want. (No Pressure) During the test drive he answered my questions but he also allowed me to focus on driving the car and let the car sell itself. He showed us some of the car's features and was very friendly throughout. Paul Clark in financing got us through the paperwork very quickly and also without any high pressure to purchase options we didn't want. (Thank you Paul.) I would surely purchase another car from Steven and Capistrano VW again. It was well worth the drive! Thank you Steven! More
