Capistrano VW is outstanding in every way. I test drove the 2013 CC at Capistrano with Steve Skinner, but was in the beginning stages of my due diligence. Responding to emails from 4 different dealerships I could tell which ones were not being honest (the one who had the lowest down payment and monthly payment didn't have the car I wanted on the lot and wanted me to come right down) crossed them off my list. Capistrano VW got the down and monthly payment right where I wanted it. There were never any games played and there was trust which is huge. Steve met me at the dealership early and had all my paper work ready, while they were detailing my car. The loan officer was informative and personable, gave me a free service contract, free... The manger Mr. Holbrook, introduced himself and was also friendly and personable. Steve went above and beyond by helping me get my Maxima to where I needed it be to sell it. Overall a great experience, I love my car and I am happy to service my car at this upscale facility. Kudos to the entire staff at Capistrano VW :) More

I normally dread shopping for a new car. I was nicely surprised by the sales woman Jenni Perry. I was comparing the Jetta to my current car a Toyota Prius. I was surprised to see the features that the Jetta had that were not available in my Prius. I may be moving to a colder climate and feel more comfortable with the performance of the Jetta in the snow. Went in to the dealer on a sunday morning to look into leasing a new VW Passat. Being in the car business ourselves, we have dealt with a lot of dealers. After looking at dealers near my home we decided to take the hour drive from my home to visit Capistrano VW again. Thats where we met Andrea. Andrea is very knowledgeable and knows about true customer service. She did not once hassle us or try and sell me a car I did not want. She found the exact car I wanted color and interior. She was the best saleswoman I have ever had and did not play any games. Not only is she great at what she does but she has such a fun loving spirit to her! Very down to earth. We have bought a total now of 3 VW's from capistrano and will be returning when the new Passat Wagons come out!
