I went to Capo Volkswagen with an interest in the Jetta Sportwagen. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Connie Carroll. Later that day, I called Connie with my decision. When I got there, I found that Connie had removed the Jetta Sportwagen from the lot to prepare for me, and had already drawn up the paperwork. This made the process go so much more quickly and smoothly, and I happily drove home in my new car that day. More

A few miscellaneous items need to be cleaned up after the sale and Connie promptly addressed each one of them promptly, without "post-sale lag". That included dropping off a missing component at our house up in Mission Viejo. She knew her products and took plenty of time to educate us on each feature without hesitation. Because April was with another customer, she had Connie help us. We were so happy that April was willing to share her "sales point" in order to make her client not wait. That shows us that she really cares. Connie was also wonderful. She helped us get a good trade in value for our Altima Hybrid. She helped us test drive our beetle convertible. All in all both Connie and April were wonderful. Our experience was great. They really had unbeatable prices. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Steve and Jenni both helped me with the purchase of my certified pre-owned Jetta, and they both treated me like a new car buyer. Steve helped me the first time I drove down to San Juan to look at the car. He arranged a test drive, and was patient when I asked lots of questions. Steve allowed me to just look at several vehicles without pressuring me to buy or finance. This was very helpful, as it made me more comfortable with the purchase. When I visited CapoVW the second time, Jenni helped me with the purchase. The next time Jenni was enthusiastic, helpful, efficient and pleasant. I do not purchase vehicles very often, and I was intimidated by the process. Jenni put me at ease and was understanding of my anxiety. I worked with her over the phone, and she set up everything so I was ready to complete the purchase when I Steve and Jenni both helped me complete the purchase paperwork. Steve answered all my questions and helped me navigate the forms. Jenni spent at least 30 minutes with me going over features of the car (radio, bluetooth, locks, etc) before I left the lot. Thanks to their team effort, the entire process took less than 2 hours. I really shopped around, and I got the best price at Capo than I could get at any other dealer on the West Coast. I am very pleased with the way I was treated, with the purchase price, and with my certified pre-owned 2013 Jetta. More
