David's professional, courteous and fun demeanor meant the world when it came to purchasing a couple of new vehicles. The job of a sales person is to help guide rather than convince...and David did this expertly. He also has a terrific sense of humor and rapport. I commented several times that the purchasing experience at this dealership was very similar to the experience I've had at Apple. Everyone is helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Nobody is trying to "sell" you or get you to purchase something you don't need. It's frictionless. The process took quite some time (could be shorter, perhaps) but the experience was second-to-none. I'd recommend Capo VW and, without reservation, David in particular to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

Once we settled the price we did not even talk about $$s when we met face to face at the dealership. When I went there we met a few people, sign a few papers and we're done in 30 mins or so. Later on the same day I went to pick up the car w/ my 12-yr son and Steve was kind enough to pay out of his pocket for a VW toy for him. Like my son said "Dad, Steve is a nice guy, I like him!" More
