David went well above the standard sales associate to the point where when my car came in (sent in from another dealership) it had a scratch on one of the rims, and David would not let me have it until it wa point where when my car came in (sent in from another dealership) it had a scratch on one of the rims, and David would not let me have it until it was in perfect condition. He then delivered the car to me, which he did not have to do. He will periodically call me to check in, something he also doesn't have to do. My husband and I set out to buy a car last weekend, and after two days we were totally exhausted and almost ready to give up. Sunday, around 4 pm, we decided to expand our search area and try one more dealership. I emailed Eric, telling him what we were looking for, the price point, and he responded within minutes, telling us what he could and could not do.
