Having just left another dealership in our hunt for a new car, the contrast in professionalism, courtesy and respect for the customer was immediately apparent as we met our sales consultant, David. We found ourselves quickly comfortable with his non-pressuring demeanor and desire to educate us to the fullest about the car we were interested in. From the get-go, David promised to be transparent, straightforward and that the dealership would be fair in their dealings with us. That is exactly what we got! We have NEVER had a rushed or "car salesman" type of attitude from Steve, or any of the other employees. Everyone is very down to earth and completely helpful, without being pushy in the least. For years I've wanted a VW TDI. As a matter of sensibility, I also looked at Honda, Toyota, Ford and Hyundai. Nothing came even close to the handling and feel of the VW. Unlike other dealerships, he never once tried to corral us to the dreaded "inside," aka with the money guys. After driving a Jetta Sedan, Golf and Sportwagen, I decided on the wagon. Being Memorial Day, the finance department was quite busy, but the process was quick and painless. There were no surprises, easy. Curtis stayed until the end to make sure I understood all the great features of the car, and waved goodbye as we drove away in a gorgeous silver TDI. I have been a customer of seven different VW dealers in the last 10 years. I am on my second VW car and I love it. This dealership and its staff are the best in the business. Corey the manager is great. See April in sales if you need a car. Mike and Ken in the service department are so accommodating and helpful. What ever your problem is, they will fix it with the least amount of hassle to you. They even wash your car when you stop by for any reason! More

We wanted a diesel and were trying to decide between the Passat TDI and the Jetta Wagon and must have test driven every one they had on the lot.The entire staff at Capistrano Volkswagon was pleasant and knowledgeable and we were amazed at watching all the activity going on and the high interest in VW's. Curtis was also very understanding about helping us find closure with the trade in of our old mini-van that we owned for 12 years.
