We were greeted immediately upon entering the sales floor, by a nice young gentleman. He offered to help us and when I told him that I had spoken with April the day before, he offered to find her for us. April greeted us warmly, offered us a cup of coffee or tea and showed us to her office. Then, she showed us the car we came to see and helped us through the purchase process, including taking us for a test drive and filling out a sales contract. Everything was done in a quick and professional manner. We were in and out of the dealership within two and a half hours and we drove away with the car that we came to purchase. It was exactly as advertised. They cleaned it for us and April showed us how to sync our iPhone before driving away. They even made an appointment for us to have the car checked out within the next 30 days to make sure everything was running as expected. She even told us about the Beetle contest currently taking place, so we will be back in mid-April to participate in it! We LOVED our experience at Capistrano VW and will make sure to tell our friends and family about our wonderful experience! More

Capistrano VW is outstanding in every way. I test drove the 2013 CC at Capistrano with Steve Skinner, but was in the beginning stages of my due diligence. I made it clear from the beginning that when I came into a dealership I was there to sign papers because the deal would be done via email. Responding to emails from 4 different dealerships I could tell which ones were not being honest (the one who had the lowest down payment and monthly payment didn't have the car I wanted on the lot and wanted me to come right down) crossed them off my list. Capistrano VW got the down and monthly payment right where I wanted it. There were never any games played and there was trust which is huge. Steve met me at the dealership early and had all my paper work ready, while they were detailing my car. The loan officer was informative and personable, gave me a free service contract, free... The manger Mr. Holbrook, introduced himself and was also friendly and personable. Steve went above and beyond by helping me get my Maxima to where I needed it be to sell it. Overall a great experience, I love my car and I am happy to service my car at this upscale facility. Kudos to the entire staff at Capistrano VW :) More
