I had been looking everywhere for a platinum gray VW Jetta SE with convenience and sunroof with no luck finding one. James met us at the entrance to the dealership. He informed us that the car was in the back because it had just gotten off the truck. He showed us into his office, offered us water, and made us feel right at home while he went to pull the car up. When I saw it I knew I had to have it. He helped us through the longer than expected process, bringing us coffee and hot chocolate for my son. When the car was finally mine he showed me all the basics and let me know that if I needed anything he was only a phone call away. He really made me and my family feel like part of the Volkswagon family. More

I purchased a 2012 Touareg TDI Lux back in December. Everyone at the dealership was very courteous, friendly, and helpful, from our salesman (Pete Heisser) to the finance guy to the sales manager. Even the cashier at the parts counter was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealer. Pete Heisser was also a great salesman. He did everything he could to guarantee that my experience was great and to make sure I got a good deal on the car. He is full of energy and makes the car buying experience a lot of fun! There was no pressure or stress or games. The whole car buying process took less than two hours. It was great. Even after the sale, Pete has helped to answer all of my questions about the Touareg and is still making sure that I am happy with the car. Definitely look him up when you go to Capo VW. The selection at Capo VW is also amazing. They are always well stocked. If they don't have the car you want, they will find it and get it because they are so well connected. I would definitely buy my next car from them. More

Our story is a little different. We didn't buy a car from Capistrano VW. But not because we didn't want to. The color combination that we wanted wasn't available there. David Hoke, our salesperson, was great, during our decision process. He was very knowledgeable about his products. He tactfully guided us to options that were more needed. He almost always picked up the phone whenever we had a question. Many sales people are friendly, when there is a chance to make a sale, but David remained very nice and helpful even after we notified him of our decision to buy elsewhere.
