Buddy was also excellent when i arrived at the dealership, vehicle was cleaned and pulled to the front with keys in hand awaiting my arrival for a test drive. Buddy was great giving me my own "space" to inspect the vehicle and answer any questions i have. He was also great in attending to my family as i was still inspecting the car. She made the experience a delight. Answer out questions immediately and played no games with us. We were direct with her and she was immediately accomodating to us and that is we stayed and purchased our car there. Also the financing was the fastest and most efficient as well. Although the dealership was busy, Mr. Hoke took all the time necessary to make me feel comfortable while there, including a test-drive. .....The dealership was very clean, modern and all the employees I had contact with while waiting for various events to take place were professional and friendly. I can state there was no pressure for me to buy a new car that day. My wishes not to add anything extra to the car after purchased were graciously met by the Finance Manager - Kevin, I believe. I had to call the day after the sale with a question, and it was promptly answered by Capistrano VW staff with a return telephone call within hours. ......On the "Price" portion of your survey, I did exceed my own benchmark of how long I could finance a vehicle at a monthly payment that was comfortable to me. I had to add six months longer than I anticipated, but I am going to assume that this was the best deal that both of us could work out at the time to make the sale.... This week was a huge week for our family. Purchasing a new or used car can be exciting and exhausting at the same time. My twin daughters just graduated from high school and are getting ready to start co new or used car can be exciting and exhausting at the same time. New friends, sports, different schedules for work and school means it's time to get them out of my XXL diesel pick up truck and into something that is safe, practical, economical, reliable and FUN! My wife and were working the OC car dealership circuit all week and were quite fatigued by the time we found ourselves driving down south on the 5 headed for Capo VW. We were just having no luck with our search for the perfect car that was a reasonable price and had good financing options. The care salesman that we encountered at other dealerships made us feel a bit nervous about the car buying process and we seriously considered pushing out our purchase date and rethinking the entire process. When we met Don Abadie at the front door of Capo VW we just smiled. I cant explain why we felt the way we did but we just new he was a good guy. He was like the Labrador retriever of car sales professionals (America's favorite dog). When you meet a lab they are happy to see you, they don't bite and they usually want nothing more than to please you. Like a Lab, Don worked tirelessly retrieving every flavor of every VW Make and model that was in our price range and took my daughters and wife on countless test drives. Good clean fun. At the end of the day he printed out the best they could do on the cars we were interested in and said "here you go, take the quote home, sleep on it and give me a call if it feels like the right move". We called him that night and told him we were a GO! Two 2012 Golfs that should keep my girls in good company as they work there way through the next decade. What a solid, positive experience.
