Let's be honest, that's not an easy task but Andrea made sure that everyone felt part of the buying process. We had narrowed it down to two cars and to make it easier, Andrea pulled the cars side-by-side so that we could assess the cars without having to walk up and down the line. Let me tell you in all the years I have bought cars, nobody ever did that before. It's a little thing but a sure sign of someone that knows how to make things easier. Additionally, Andrea made sure everybody understood the features of each car along with the related service options. Her knowledge of the cars was very impressive as there was not a question she couldn't answer. Her enthusiasm and spirit made this car buying experience a pleasure. We will be back. More
My family just came to CA 10days ago,this is the first time for us to visit USA. Obviously we need more help to get car deal done. I appreciate Don's prefessional attitude and nice heart. He tried his best to help us,for instance,he picked us up twice because we have no car available;he helped us to talk with insurance companies and got good deal.Other dealer could gave the same price,but Don made the things more values than good price.It is really good experience to work with Don.If you like VW,I recommend Don to help you,he will not let you down. My experience at Capo VW was a positive one. Buying a car can be un-nerving. The environment there was very friendly. Our salesman, David Hoke, was particularly helpful. I appreciated how he followed up on our first meeting, as I continued to contemplate what might be the best purchase for my family. We kept in communication for nearly a month prior to the final sale. I also appreciated the post-sale phone call he made. We bought a certified preowned car and it seems like it will be suitable for my family needs. My only recommendation for improved service at this dealership would be that all preowned certified vehicles come equipped with a spare key and an owners manual. I was not made aware that many of today's vehicles need to have specially made keys in order for them to work in the ignition. I'll now need to spend time (and a fair amount of money) to have these items. I'll buy my next car from David Hoke as well. More

Don’s unbiased recommendations and experience made us feel like he had our best interests at heart -which helped us make the right decision. It is obvious that the fine staff at Capistrano VW is more interested in developing return customers than making a quick buck. More
David went well above the standard sales associate to the point where when my car came in (sent in from another dealership) it had a scratch on one of the rims, and David would not let me have it until it wa point where when my car came in (sent in from another dealership) it had a scratch on one of the rims, and David would not let me have it until it was in perfect condition. He then delivered the car to me, which he did not have to do. He will periodically call me to check in, something he also doesn't have to do. All in all, I walked in expecting the typical dealership mumbo jumbo and came out with an awesome car with a great price. Thanks David. More
