In my research for a specific car I actually came across a sales person who new alot of the car being sold. I dealt with David Hoke at Capistrano VW. I visited 6 different dealerships some of which did not a sales person who new alot of the car being sold. I dealt with David Hoke at Capistrano VW. I visited 6 different dealerships some of which did not even give me the time or the day and others of which I told them exactly what I wanted and never got back to me. David was able to get me EXACTLY what I wanted and never tried to sell me on amything other than that. He is a person I would buy from again. My overall experience was great! Even after a misunderstanding after the sale they made things right. If you want a great experience and buy from someone that actually knows what they are selling I highly reccommend Capo VW. A great experience from begining to end. I dealt with three differenent people and they all had great attitudes and seemed to really like what they were doing. Richard McCallister gave a great overview of the car. I test drove and purchased the new Passat. On the test drive he showed me everything the car could do and had. We spent about 15 minutes going over the things the car could do with media, phones and everything else. I would recommend anyone interest in by a car to spend time with Richard. He makes the experience so much nicer. I also talked to Nick the supervisor and I could tell where they get the good attitude from. More

First off, I want to say that I drove an hour up from San Diego to check out a CC coupe. When I didn't like the coupe, James helped me to find an Eos. James handled that superbly, even digging into his own pocket to get me a bottle of water out of the vending machine. I was given a great deal on an Eos and came back the next day to pick it up. On the way home, and the next day, I began to have doubts about my purchase. I am a family man and felt that I should have looked for a more practical, comfortable sedan. After doing research online, I decided that I wanted a Passat V6 SEL Premium, one of the rarest Volkswagens around. These guys didn't have it on their lot, but still took back the Eos and worked the phones diligently to find one for me in SoCal. I ended up getting the exact car I wanted, in the exact color, one of two in all of SoCal. They took a loss on the Eos, gave me a fair price on my trade-in and on the Passat, and gave up some nice pieces of inventory to make sure I drove off in the right car. Don't bother with other dealerships. James will work tirelessly to get you the Volkswagen you deserve and can afford. More

David Hoke, my rep, took me directly to the vehicles I described and gave me several options regarding Lease and Purchase scenarios. He worked closely with the finance team an sales Manager who did their best to accomodate all my choices including color, trim and options. What I ended up with was a Beautiful Vehicle I love and feel safe and comfortable in, and a set of new friends I will see every week for a car wash :) More

Richard McAllister was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. As a chronic car swapper I have dealt with a lot of dealerships and Richard was the only salesman I flat out enjoyed being around.
