We got the exact car(2012 Golf TDI) we wanted at the greatest price (trust me I shopped it hard). We got a price that we wanted without any haggle. We were in and out of the dealership within 1 hour, never have we had this kind of experience. Great thanks to Moe and Ryan for making everything happen. We would also like to thank the finance guy Joey Robustelli who thoroughly explained everything clearly and professionally. 5 Stars across the board!!! Going into the car buying process I was dreading haggling with overly pushy sales people and knew it would be a long day. Boy was I wrong! Capo VW was the second dealership I walked into in my hunt for a new with overly pushy sales people and knew it would be a long day. Boy was I wrong! Capo VW was the second dealership I walked into in my hunt for a new car and I was kindly greeted by David Hoke at the door. He took the time to introduce himself and tell me a little about the dealership and himself personally before rushing out to try and make a sale. I was INSTANTLY comfortable with him which took a lot of weight off my shoulders. I knew what I was looking for and he found the right car, took it on a lengthy test drive and was very descriptive about all of the features but not overbearing. I didn't feel like it was a sales pitch at all and he was never pushy. While discussing purchasing the vehicle and working out the financing he was very friendly and light hearted which made me feel more comfortable and less stressed. I was in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours. I have NEVER experienced a more comfortable, fun, and stress free situation that is usually quite the opposite. I will return to this dealership because of their values and background but especially because of David! I can't stress enough how wonerful and helpful he was! Thanks David!! I am now the proud owner of a 2012 VW Jetta! More

This was our second new VW in six months. We came back because the first experience was great. There was a minor mechanical issue with the new car (manufacturer error, not dealer error) that was dealt wit because the first experience was great. I came in to the dealership to look at the GTI's, but not sure if I was ready to buy. Sherie provided me with the best customer service that I have ever experienced at a dealership. I was very impressed with the car, but even more impressed with her knowledge and that she was very happy to answer all my questions. I have been at dealers before where I loved the vehicle, but did not buy because of the sales person. Sherie was genuine and really cared about helping me get in the car that fit me and my situation. I really appreciate everything she did for me and I definitely will be recommending her to everyone I know. I will also come back to her when I am ready to buy again. I first went into Capastrano VW because I was interested in the VW passat and tiguan and couldn't quite decide what would be best. There were also other cars that I was interested in as well. The first trip to VW was a way for me to gather some informaiton on all the different models. Sherrie was so awesome and informative and really met my needs and answered all my questions. She offered a great deal but at the time was not quite ready to purchase. She did not put any pressre on me and I went away feeling very good about the Passat. After doing more research and visiting other dealerships I came back to Sherrie and decided I wanted the 2012 TDI Passat. She tried her very best to get the best deal possible for us and made the process as painless as can be. She is great! And she finally helped me to get over my fear and dread of car shopping/buying!
