We took a road trip and stopped in on a very busy holiday weekend just to give it a shot. Within 30 minutes Eric had located the exact car I wanted making me, suddenly, a very happy customer. I wanted a new car and was researching different dealers and car models. I really wanted to buy my car locally, and was familiar with Capo VW from the past. I walked in and the manager greeted me. I told him my needs, and he introduced me to Mike Stieber. We talked a bit about what I wanted, and he showed me some cars and described their features, and I knew instantly the one I wanted. We went for a test drive and I was sold. Mike was friendly, polite, helpful, and put no pressure on me. He wanted me to have a car that suited my needs, and not just to sell me a car. He explained how a lease works, as I had never leased before, and it made sense for me at this stage in my life. I wanted to "sleep on it" to make sure. The next day, I knew the Tiguan was the right choice. Everyone that I met and that helped in the process was friendly and professional.
