He recognized my wife and I as soon as we walked in (greated us like we were his family). David truely loves his job and you can tell as he speaks with you. He basically holds you hand as you go through every process of buying a car. He does not want to just put you in the most expensive car, but a car that you can afford the payments on! Just an honest man who wants the best for you. He has a background in finance, so he knows numbers and will help guide you to make the best possible decision with the information that you have provided him. He is a pretty funny guy (almost like a stand up comedian - HAHAHAHAHA). If you want a great experience, go meet with Dave at VW Capo.....oh yeah dont for get to grab the free pop corn! We have been thinking about purchasing a new car for a while, but we were looking for a specific one (Jetta TDI Manual). Capistrano VW had one, so we decided to come in for a test drive to see if we liked it. Apparently, the owner is a car enthusiast, so they carry a few more manuals than most places. Anyway, we could not have had a better experience. Everyone was SUPER nice, and the pricing was extremely fair (like, no need to haggle fair). April was amazing to work with and stuck with us through like 5 hours of indecisiveness. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted and we're super excited. Even though we live in LA, I already know I'll be heading back down to Capistrano VW when it's time for our next car. More

My wife and I were looking to test drive a Tiguan, and made an appointment with Don, who greeted us and had the car prepared. That kind of product knowledge was a huge plus, as far as we were concerned. Don was outgoing and very easy to talk to, and was certainly a catalyst in our decision to purchase the car then and there. During the actual purchase, he again exhibited superior knowledge regarding our trade in as well as seeing to it that we were made aware the Costco deal was available to us, ultimately saving us a substantial amount of money. We were not aware of this deal, so this was great. He moved the transaction right along, finally sending us over the very friendly and knowledgeable Brian in finance, who also saw to it we were familiar with each step in the process. Neither associate was ever overbearing or 'salesman-y'. Brian passed us back to Don, who saw us off. By far the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. More

Tom approved a great price on our trade in, and they had exactly what we wanted. We leased a 2012 VW Jetta SE and we love it. The next day Don called just to check in and see how we were liking the car. This place is great, no games, just cars. More
