Don was one of the nicest guys ever! He truly made the experience easy and less stressful. He was extremely friendly, enthusiastic,and easy going. I loved Don and would refer anyone whose buying a Volkswagen to go to the Capistrano location and to only buy a Volkswagen from Don! The next time I buy a car, I will definitely return to Don no doubt about it!! The price was the lowest in all of southern California for the car I wanted. This was the first car buying experience for my 16 year old daughter and Capo VW made it a pleasant one. Inventory was plentiful, the showroom was nice and the service was excellent. I was looking for a new car and drove into Capo VW and was greeted by James. We test drove two cars, the new Passat and the CC. He sat down with me and looked at the cars side by side and went through all was greeted by James. We test drove two cars, the new Passat and the CC. He sat down with me and looked at the cars side by side and went through all of the options. Three hours later I drove home in my new Passat. This is the third car that I have bought from Capo VW and I am very happy that I met James! I would recommend him to anyone that I know that is looking to purchase a new car.
