There were no tricks or sneaky good cop bad cop sales manager games or surprises. Simply put, the best car buying experience I have ever encountered - simple, honest, and quick. She patiently spent the time needed to tell us all about the features, she sync'd up my phone to the VW system and set our favorite radio stations. We will be referring all of our friends and family and will be back if we want another VW in the future. I will even be going out my way to go there for service as their service department seems as great as the sales dept. A++ company all the way around. Also, Jetta the lot cat, is probably one of the nicest cats I have ever met ! ( not kidding ) More

Thanks to Capistrano, I have the car I always wanted -- VW Golf TDI, 4-Dr, Manual, Black with xenon lights -- as well as the finance support staff!! Thanks to Capistrano, I have the car I always wanted -- VW Golf TDI, 4-Dr, Manual, Black with xenon lights -- I rule!! What's impressive is that I live in Texas near Houston with like five VW dealers within 20 min! Only one came close to the service of Cap and none had what I was looking for. Their were only two of these in the country and Capistrano had it. Heck, I think it was still at the port when we made the deal. Moe and Capistrano went out of their way to make the deal happen, ship the car to me, finish the paperwork, answer my hundred questions about when I would get this or that AND all for a very reasonable price!
