I was going to buy a Honda Odyssey and went into Capo VW just becuase the Honda Dealers i went to were so bad. I met James Hedland and ended up spending more for a VW Routan purely based on the fact that h just becuase the Honda Dealers i went to were so bad. They showed me the invoice cost and the MSRP and gave me a great deal, and were not pushy or typical dealer like at all. Great experience overall and i do recommend them to anyone. More

However, I must say, that the absolute best aspect of this experience, and the reason I am now a VW owner, is because of the salesperson I was lucky enough to meet: Peter D. Heisser. I have been to a lot of dealerships (used and new) and experienced a lot of sales representatives, but Peter was by far the nicest, most helpful representative I've met. Not only did he have a friendly, upbeat and positive way about him, but he took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and what I could and could not afford and why. He helped me understand my options and presented new ideas that could help me. I was indecisive and confused for about a week, resulting in MANY phone calls and questions. Yet he was patient and helpful with me the entire time. Right down to my last minute decision to switch the color of my car, at which he point he spent a significant amount of time making phone calls (until the lights went out) trying to locate the color. He took me on several test drives and informed me of every aspect of the car, how to work them etc... He's someone I hope to stay in touch with in the future, as he is an overall nice human being, with a genuine enthusiasm for his job and interest in helping people. I cannot say enough good things about him. I would not be driving a Jetta (not to mention, a Jetta that I love) if it weren't for him. More

My car of several years finally died and needed a new engine. Instead of buying a rebuilt engine and since I couldn't afford a new car, I went looking for a good used car.
