Everyone there is really nice. My salesman was great when I bought the car. My service advisor was really nice and very informative when I got my oil changed today. Don was great, I contacted him 3 days before my visit to the dealership as I was over 60 miles away. He answered all my questions over the phone and even went out to the car a bunch of times to check out t the dealership as I was over 60 miles away. When I did show up to the dealership he made the buying process quick and easy. I've never been in and out of a car sale in less than an hour and a half. Which also included him showing me all the settings in the car. I would recommend Don, and the rest of the staff at Capistrano VW as everyone had a smile and was friendly even though we kept them past closing time. More
