In the past, my experience with dealerships have been mostly exhausting and frustrating at the same time. I was referred to this dealership by my father-in-law Dave Owen who has purchased a few vehicles from this dealership and it was highly recommended that I consider purchasing a new vehicle from this "little big" dealership in San Juan. From the start, the customer service was exceptional and the many people we came into contact with were friendly and successful at meeting our every need. I would especially like to thank Eric Menzies who made this experience one that I would welcome again. He was the so called "college kid" who sold cars and he made us feel comfortable, was personable, and exhibited excellent customer service skills. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering buying a vehicle from Volkswagen in the future. I cannot say enough how pleased and continue to be with this dealership and look forward to purchasing other vehicles in the future. I live in San Diego and I will continue to drive up to San Juan to get my car serviced. Thanks again! More

a+ at capo vw! after years of volvos, we were looking at hyundai tucson, kia, ford focus, minicooper and vw golf. researched and drove at a number of dealerships. returned to capo vw to buy our 2012 golf at hyundai tucson, kia, ford focus, minicooper and vw golf. researched and drove at a number of dealerships. returned to capo vw to buy our 2012 golf tdi from april dean. new car shopping can feel crazy!, and april's pleasant focus and ability to help us prioritze without pressure (as she searched and found the right color/model with extended warranty and desirable financing) made it easier to decide. absolutely every person we met in this dealership (and we met a lot!) were sooo friendly in a relaxed good way, totally professional, throrough, and we couldn't be happier. we plan to return for service, even though there are dealerships closer to home, anticipating that if buying was such a good experience, the excellence will continue. this is a fun team to deal with! bonus: upon pick-up, april took a big chunk of time to go over details on the vehicle, set up phone, radio and satellite, and review special features of our vehicle that have us even more pleased about choosing this particular vw. when my husband and i met 30 years ago we both drove bugs, and now that our son is off to college, we're back to having fun in a veedub. this works! James picked me up from the train station and drove me to the dealership, was very friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to both phone calls and emails. The car was priced fairly and I love the no-hagg the dealership, was very friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to both phone calls and emails. The car was priced fairly and I love the no-haggle set-up. Two things keep from giving a 5 on overall experience: 1. I realized once I got home that the floor mats were missing. When I called to ask for them, I was told that because my car was used, it didn't come with floor mats. I had to point out that mats were on the sticker as an included feature of the car in order to get them. On the plus side, they shipped me brand new mats pronto. 2. There are little hidden fees in the purchase process: a $55 doc prep fee (whereas I would happily have prepared my own documents) and a $350 fee for a security feature I didn't really care about. I think I could have refused the feature, but I wasn't told that I could. That part felt a little underhanded and cheap. More
