I did not intend on purchasing a VW brand car but Eric was so professional, courteous, knowledgable about the cars and the benefits of VW that I changed my mind from what I initially wanted to buy over to was so professional, courteous, knowledgable about the cars and the benefits of VW that I changed my mind from what I initially wanted to buy over to purchasing a VW. I felt comfortable with Eric that he would assure I got the best deal possible. He was the first dealer that I have purchased a car from that personally showed me how everything in the car worked. The finance person got me through that part of the process in record time and was very professional but friendly. I am really hoping that I enjoy my new VW as much as I enjoyed working with this dealership. More

We shopped a little north of there and had a very bad day. We just wanted to go down Capistrano to see if they had anything better. Wow! As soon as we got there we felt so much better. We went in with VW as our lowest choice for minivan and left with 2 cars! Eric greeted us and gave us time to look, see and ask as many questions as we had.
