We were unsure of what vehicle we wanted and did not plan on purchasing a car at this time. VW was the first dealership we visited, just to browse. We were so impressed with James. We really felt like he understood what was important to us, and did not waste our time. He was honest, informative and made a dreaded car shopping experience a most plesant one! James was able to deliver the car we wanted and saved us money and time (most importantly, we didn't feel the need to shop around for a better deal, because we were most confident that our best deal would come from James. Don was great! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Same with Joey in finance. I've looked everywhere and they have Great Prices! Which I couldn't find anyone to beat. My car of several years finally died and needed a new engine. Instead of buying a rebuilt engine and since I couldn't afford a new car, I went looking for a good used car.
