I bought my Beetle here in 2016 from Buddy! Best car buying experience ever! We moved to Yorba Linda for a few years and went to the Garden Grove Volkswagen. Recently moved back to Dana Point and back buying experience ever! We moved to Yorba Linda for a few years and went to the Garden Grove Volkswagen. Recently moved back to Dana Point and back at Capo VW. Service was great! Fred and Brad took great care of me and my car. Honest advise, which I appreciate, and even looked for coupons I could use for my service. Washed my car and vacuumed the inside as well. Love this place! More

Idiotic response. 3) Separately, my car needed tire alignment and that cost over $200 for alignment?? That seems way higher than usual. I may try the Irvine location next time. 4) The Uber / Lyft service is good. 5) James and the lady at the front are the saving grace, and only reason I would return. 6) I brought my car in month's ago for a diagnostic issue that turned out to be the heater. I told them THEN that my A/C had issues, and they (Fred) did nothing to fix that. So I had to pay another $50 co-payment this visit for something that should have been fixed last visit More
Service was good, and I was happy with what was preformed, but I’ve got to tell you, your service Dept. is grumpy. I’ve been coming here since 2012, and every time It’s like they hate their jobs.
