Took the car for a recall, technician showed what needs to be done, also, I was provided a loaner for the day while they worked on my car. Loved the loaner. It will be my next purchase when I'm ready to bu to be done, also, I was provided a loaner for the day while they worked on my car. Loved the loaner. First time to this dealership and while it seems like a good overall location, I unfortunately didn’t receive any service because there wasn’t a qualified technician to diagnose my car over the course of a good overall location, I unfortunately didn’t receive any service because there wasn’t a qualified technician to diagnose my car over the course of almost 3 days. I have a 2025 Golf R (7 months old) and there’s a seatbelt check engine light. I made an appointment a few days in advance and dropped the car off as scheduled. I am enthusiast with a fairly highly upgraded car so I appreciated Brad and James’ acknowledgement and extra care to wait for a qualified technician with “soft hands”. But it’s not very convenient for me to leave the car there almost 3 days, just to get it back without a diagnosis…which means it’ll be another few days down the road for diagnosis + parts. I do want to emphasize that I appreciate waiting for a proper, qualified technician, but would have appreciated a heads up and perhaps the team just looked at the upcoming schedule and just let me know when there would be someone qualified and I could just bring the car by then (I live 15 mins away). Or alternatively, a follow up after I got the car back to let me know when someone would be available and to try to get this sorted would have also been great. But other than these surveys, no one has actually contacted me from the dealership. At the end of the day, it’s a small thing…but it’s the foundation and building blocks for a potential returning customer! More

These are my favourite dealer.
