Arlen really helped me out. I was recently in for service a few weeks ago & did a big service job. Had recently spent some money doing a water pump. I had lost my job when COVID 19 started and replay didn’t a few weeks ago & did a big service job. Had recently spent some money doing a water pump. I had lost my job when COVID 19 started and replay didn’t want to spend the money but I knew it was an important job with the mileage on my car & didn’t want it to lead to other more substantial problems . Had to take the car back In again due to a check engine light so I was nervous that I had another major issue with my VW. However he explained we will check it out & help you out with whatever they could for me. Anyway it wasn’t a minor ordeal and made it out with a fair price and the engine light is now out and I’m feeling good about the vehicle and the service dept taking care of me and making the right recommendations on my behalf.
