Over the top experience! From the moment pulling in to the driveway and the porters directing me started the 5?? Service! Met with Arlen (who would be my service consultant) From the moment pulling in to the driveway and the porters directing me started the 5?? Service! Met with Arlen (who would be my service consultant) to Cory Goodman (Service Manager) who both greeted my wife & I. Listened to my concern (as I was on a road trip) assured me they would do their best to get a quick Diagnosis (and by a Senior Master Tech too!) and have a seat in the great waiting area and I’d hear back shortly. Shortly was FAST, as I received a really cool video from the tech showing additional items he felt I should be aware of as well as completely addressing my original concern. Stated the information would be given to the service consultant who would give me the expense & time breakdown for the work shortly (again- light speed coordination here). The parts needed would be there later that day and since they knew I was on a road trip to L.A., a rental car (beautiful too) was offered and arraignments were made for me to leave a credit card with them and all would be taken care of before coming back. I came back Sunday (service was closed) but they had my car ready - washed - and the keys were with the sales manager Steve Smith who was already aware. So impressed with the seamless coordination between every department and every level of staff! And the lady who handled my rental (should have got her name too) was just as amazing. Then they called me an Uber to take me back to work. They also sent another Uber to pick me to bring me back to get my car. Fred was really great. I started to explain the noise and before even starting the car to demonstrate the noise to him, he knew exactly what the issue was and actually verbally replicated the noise I was trying to explain. He obviously is "in tune" with the VW cars as he immediately diagnosed the problem. I also appreciated that he was honest about the length of time the car would need to stay in the shop rather than trying to make it sound like it would be quicker than it was. Thank you! While I was very confidant in my purchase, I wanted to make sure the car was as I expected. I brought the car into Capistrano VW for a n oil change and multi point inspection. The car was fine , as expected. But, the service and information on how to take car of my car was just excellent, The service adviser's took the time to discuss in detail the condition of my car, and what to expect going forward to keep it in great condition . I am impressed with the care, depth of knowledge and willingness to help. I will only go to VW of Capistrano for my service needs going forward . Also, when time to purchase a new vehicle, I will have VW of Capistrano first on my list . VW's are just outstanding cars. I want another one!!! More

In a word "AWESOME!" Today was my first visit to Capistrano VW. I just moved to the area, having relocated from the SFV. Despite having had a complete maintenance of the Today was my first visit to Capistrano VW. I just moved to the area, having relocated from the SFV. Despite having had a complete maintenance of the car and a clean bill of health, my engine light went on. So I chose Capistrano VW, as it was the closest to the house. I was impressed with the exterior of the property - modern, attractive, well maintained, and clean. As soon as I walked in the door of the Service Department, I was warmly greeted and helped immediately. The interior of the building was equal to the exterior - aesthetically pleasing, clean, and inviting, and I couldn't help but notice and appreciate the classic rock music playing in the background. Jeff listened to my concerns and offered to take a look and give a listen. He gave me his initial thoughts, and then offered to take a more thorough look - without charge! - to find out what was really going on. I didn't have an appointment, but he made room for me, and I was happy to wait whatever time was necessary to get to the bottom of it. The waiting area was spacious and well appointed, offering comfortable seating, tables, a separate TV viewing area, concessions, and several areas where you could charge your phone while waiting. After a reasonable amount of time, Jeff reported back to me, and informed me that the engine light was the result of a faulty O2 sensor, and that the fix WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY!!! and that his technician was fixing as we spoke. It was the best news I could have hoped for! Jeff also let me know about a couple of general maintenance items that would need attention soon - things that I was already aware of and planned on doing - and Jeff offered options and estimates for the work needed. Within 30 minutes, I was signed out, keys in hand, and bank account mercifully untapped. They even washed the car for me! While I hate to leave the amazing team at New Century Volkswagen in Glendale, I am grateful and relieved to know that I will enjoy the same kind of service, hospitality, and integrity at Capistrano VW! 40K mile service Great service - there are a couple of great service employees - Arlen being one of them. Am disappointed they don't have loaner cars any more (other Great service - there are a couple of great service employees - Arlen being one of them. Am disappointed they don't have loaner cars any more (other than the exception). Though I am a regular Uber user, this experience was less than ideal. Not to mention, a loaner car lets you still take care of business - go to work, run errands, etc. Please, please bring this service back! More
