We thought the video sent with evidence and explanation of the problems was awesome. We agreed to the work to be done as we plan on keeping this vehicle for quite a while longer. Work was estimated to be completed Monday, but it took an extra day. Not a big deal as we were kindly given a loaner Atlas to drive. This review would have been 5 stars until the simple process of picking the vehicle up. My wife went in to pick the car up in the afternoon on Tuesday and the advisor we had been dealing with was not there (Jeff). My wife waited for a different person to help with pickup.(Fred). He came off like he didn’t want to help my wife. He asked for payment (almost $2200) and my wife asked for him to go through the charges. He told her that he wasn’t the writer for the repair. My wife explained that our writer wasn’t there and that he was the only one that could help her. He reluctantly went through it. At the end of the day My wife felt that we were spending a significant amount of money on a repair and simply wanted a run through on the charges. She didn’t feel this was a ridiculous ask, and her request was met with serious resistance and attitude. We don’t need that type of response for a transaction of this size. We also found used napkins in the car and some odd white residue in the trunk that we had to clean up after we got home. I understand that people can have bad days, as we have had very positive interactions with Fred before, but this visit just wasn’t good. More
