Worst Customer Service and Quoted Prices Jeff Maris is a real A-hole. I don't understand how this guy gets a customer service based job. I've come to him 2 times to get quotes on car service and the dude quoted me unbelievably high numbers each time. I checked other local VW dealer service centers in the area and they were 30% less. His personality is terrible and I don't go into Capo VW anymore, period. More

When I brought it back for a problem with one of the windows, everything changed. They are not FRIENDLY anymore. I end up bringing the car to another VW dealer only to find out that my warranty expired in February 2014. The car is 2012, has 29K miles. Why is the warranty expired? It has 3 years or 36K miles warranty. It was sold originally in February 2011, the 3 year warranty expired in February 2014. I bought it in December. 2013. I only had 2 months of warranty but no one told me that. Very convenient ... FOR THEM! That is cheating. I will never buy from these people again. More

Unfortunately, I was not able to do the service on my car today after being given incorrect informati regarding my experience this morning with Mike. Unfortunately, I was not able to do the service on my car today after being given incorrect information (which is not the real issue) and the total disregard for customer service by Mr. Hollbrook. This is not the first time I have received substandard service from Mike. I had an issue with my tire last year that resulted in me going to GoodYear to have the tire repaired after Mike would not even inspect it. I do not think Mike represents VW or your dealership in a courteous, professional or interested manner-In fact, his actions reflect an "I could care less" attitude. As I explained on my recorded message to you- I will no londer use your dealership, but as a business owner myself, I though you should know why. I am also going to log these complaints on the VW website as well as Yelp and any other "customer satisfaction" web sites. After two years of terrible customer service, I think something should be done to help Mike either change his attitude, or move on to a job he likes better. Sincerely, Anne McGraw More
I have been a customer of seven different VW dealers in the last 10 years. I am on my second VW car and I love it. This dealership and its staff are the best in the business. They should really be a nat the last 10 years. I am on my second VW car and I love it. This dealership and its staff are the best in the business. They should really be a national training facility for every car dealership. They are honest, polite, helpful, and everything you would ever want in a dealer. They even welcome dogs! Corey the manager is great. See April in sales if you need a car. Mike and Ken in the service department are so accommodating and helpful. What ever your problem is, they will fix it with the least amount of hassle to you. They even wash your car when you stop by for any reason! More
