I purchased a 2014 Honda CR-V with 59,000 miles on it from Capital City Subaru in Concord NH. Called up about the car and was told they had to check it out to see if it needed anything. Salesperson Josh called back 2 hours later and said the car needed nothing, so we took a trip up to Concord. Took it for a test drive with no problems, paid cash and said we would pick it up the following week. The car fax also described the car as great reliability. We took the car home and after a couple of days looking out the window noticed that the top of the roof had something going on. The paint was lifting; standing next to it you could not see it unless you were on a step stool. Called Josh and explained what was going on and he told me the 30-day warrantee was on mechanical problems only and paint was not covered. I then sent a message to the President Mr. Dennis Wilson and he never responded. They have a mission statement that is complete xx. How could they miss the paint problem if they checked the car out before I took it for a test drive? They don't check anything; they hope you will miss it and once you drive it off the lot you own it. I went to 2 auto body shops to get estimates on repairing the roof paint. One estimate was 1,133.60 and the other estimate was 1,350.00. They managed to take advantage of a 83 year old Army Veteran. What does that tell you? More

Having a loaner car was a great benefit since this was a longer service with an unexpected issue that took it into the next day and I was able to keep the loaner. I have been with this dealership since it was Ed Reilly Subaru and pleased to say nothing has changed but the name. Won’t go anywhere else. More

Nicole added zero value to my experience. She had advanced notice on the vehicle I was interested in and couldn’t answer basic questions (how many cylinders the vehicle had) about the vehicle She had advanced notice on the vehicle I was interested in and couldn’t answer basic questions (how many cylinders the vehicle had) about the vehicle. She boasted about how she answers text messages at all hours of the day, but then neglected to answer a question about my purchase on 2 separate days. She was aware of how I wanted to pay for the vehicle and then wasn’t prepared for and couldn’t speak to how to wire money from a national bank. Overall, she just slowed down the process as an added person in the chain of the person costing me money to pay her commission, but offered no added benefit. More
