I drove up from Southport early on a Friday to get the check engine light checked on my truck. As I was sitting in the service line waiting to check in my truck, a service manager (Ty) called me and info check engine light checked on my truck. As I was sitting in the service line waiting to check in my truck, a service manager (Ty) called me and informed me that although I had made my appointment online, my truck could not be checked that day, as the service dept was too busy. When I asked why he didn't call me earlier, he said "we don't open until 7:30". I've been a manager or supervisor for 30+ years, and I've never arrived at work just as we were "opening".
