I don't know who Anthony is. I dealt with Hunter and Zach. Both were great. I came in with a vehicle and budget in mind, they made sure I got what I wanted and I drove away less I dealt with Hunter and Zach. Both were great. Bought a new F150 about six months ago. At time of purchase the windshield washer fluid system did not work and I did not catch it for the first few months. Brought new truck into capital for warranty service. I was asked to leave it so I did at the end of the day they called and said they needed to keep it for part of the next day which I said OK. The next day I never heard anything until I called at 4 o’clock and they said oops we haven’t even brought it in to see what the problem is. So then they called back at five and said he can come get it. We have to order the parts. so for the next three weeks I call every week because I never heard anything and each time I called I was told that a new service person had been assigned to my account and they were just getting up to speed on what they were doing and would reach out. They never did reach out until the end of the third week after I called they called me back in a few hours and said oh yeah, the parts been here just bring it on in. Brought it in and they serviced. I feel like with a minor warranty issue on a new vehicle that was currently in production, parts should have been easy to find. They should not have taken a day and a half to bring the vehicle in just to assess what was needed causing me to have to arrange transportation. And they should not have put all of the work on me for following up three weeks in a row to get the service finished. A lot of this was the reason I didn’t purchase this vehicle new from Capital to begin with. More
