I made an appointment for 7:45am and dropped the truck off. Service advisor ensured me that he would be able to diagnose my problem with my truck (check engine light) and more than likely have it fixed by off. I hadn’t heard anything by 3pm and when I stopped by at 3:15pm they hadn’t even brought the truck in yet to be checked out. This is the reason for appointments! Don’t tell customers you can deliver a service when you can’t. More

Jesse at Carolina collision let me know he was going to do a 360 walk around car to view damages. I received revised quote for the work. The damages exceeded 75% of value of car. He reported once it reached that, they did not do diagnosis on airbag light. He indicated by company policy, they coul d not work on salvage title car. Bad news for me. Car total lost but God is still Good. My uncle help me find another Ford- Ford escape SUV. So I plan to have it service at quick lane for routine maintenance. More
