Door Adjustment I took my CRV in for a door adjustment because I am hearing wind noise in my driver window. The mechanic was very friendly and seemed confident that I took my CRV in for a door adjustment because I am hearing wind noise in my driver window. The mechanic was very friendly and seemed confident that he could quickly fix my problem. He even washed my car. I was very excited to like the problem had been fixed so quickly. After I left the dealership I realized that while the wind noise was gone my door stuck when opening and closing. I returned again and he said that he could adjust the door handle but then the wind noise may return to let him know how it worked out. Well, the door still sticks a bit and the noise is as annoying as it was when I first arrived. One thing that bothered me the most is that the car was never taken for a test drive. I would really hesitate to bring my car back here for service. More

Friendly staff, ask for Kris VanNocker( Sales)! I recently bought a used Honda accord at this location.The sales person "Kris VanNocker" was so friendly and so knowledgeable about the car. In the mi I recently bought a used Honda accord at this location.The sales person "Kris VanNocker" was so friendly and so knowledgeable about the car. In the middle of conversation, i asked him whether it's possible to lift the car using the car lifter to check the parts under the car. To be honest, i thought he's gonna say "No, we are busy", something like that. But he said "Yes" without any hesitation. That made me to trust this guy and the condition of the car. Big Thumbs up! Even the sales manager "Sam VanDam" was so friendly and he was checking with me whether everything going fine. I've been driving that used car for a week and I really like this vehicle. I'd highly recommend this dealer! More

Used car seat belt issues We bought a used vehicle at this dealership and we understood that we bought the car “as is” and did not pay for any of the warranties offered by the We bought a used vehicle at this dealership and we understood that we bought the car “as is” and did not pay for any of the warranties offered by the dealer. While we don’t regret passing up the warranties, it’s disheartening to know that BOTH of our rear shoulder seat belts needed to be replaced and were unusable. Both lap belts were nearly shredded and we were afraid of the belts snapping if there were an emergency. We paid nearly $700 to get new belts from a different dealer since Capital Honda said that there was nothing they could do to help us. The seat belts are a serious safety issue and we were shocked that someone would sell us a vehicle in this condition without disclosing the fact that the seat belts were unusable. We were also told that we would be mailed a coupon for a free car wash. We even called the dealership to follow up and confirm our address, reminding the sales rep that we still did not receive the coupon. It has been over 5 months now and we never received it. Apparently it’s not coming. More
