Excellent work on car itself. Admin staff was not perfect. Promised car and then didn’t deliver (don’t make promises you can’t keep! Slow to send insurance carrier info needed to approve claim. I had a service appointment for oil change and rotation only. After waiting 2 hours I asked what the delay might be. No satisfactory answer was given. 20 minutes later I saw my car pull up to the bay. The only. After waiting 2 hours I asked what the delay might be. No satisfactory answer was given. 20 minutes later I saw my car pull up to the bay. The techs were just beginning to look at it. One decided that he was going to kick at the back of my car for some reason. I asked to speak to the service manager but he was gone. The only reason why this survey isn’t lower is because the service writer zeroed out my invoice and apologized on behalf of the dealership. The service team wasn’t backed up they parked my car for over 2 hours. More
