Don’t recommend. Despite being open for service on a Saturday, Capital was unable to diagnose my check engine light (“technician only works weekdays”)—then, in its po Despite being open for service on a Saturday, Capital was unable to diagnose my check engine light (“technician only works weekdays”)—then, in its post-service write up, Capital wrote “customer declined to have check engine light read.” Patently false. Same issue with my AC compressor: “service technician only works weekdays; can’t fix your AC.” Once the ‘service’ concluded, my keys were returned and I was told my car was parked out front. It was not. After returning the keys, it took a service manager AND a technician 15 minutes to find my car. Since receiving my vehicle back, drive performance has been markedly worse. Just today I noticed an awful running when driving. Upon inspection, the left front wheel lining had been improperly reinstalled and was hitting my tire while driving, shredding the lining. This is appalling. I will not be going back. More

I drove four hours to Capital Toyota in Chattanooga to purchase a $75k Toyota Tundra and trade in my 2018 TRD Off-Road Tacoma, which was in excellent condition. The managers began the process with an u purchase a $75k Toyota Tundra and trade in my 2018 TRD Off-Road Tacoma, which was in excellent condition. The managers began the process with an unreasonably low trade-in valuation for my Tacoma. After negotiations, I asked my salesman, Luke, to submit a standard counter-offer to management. He flatly refused to do so, stating, “No, that’s the deal.” This abrupt refusal eliminated any opportunity for further fair or collaborative negotiations. I feel the transaction was handled poorly, with a lack of transparency and mutual professionalism. Furthermore, during the financing process, Chandler, did not process my $500 military rebate before the close of the sale. To resolve this error, the dealership promised to mail me a $500 compensation check. After a full month passed without receiving the funds, I escalated the matter directly to the General Manager, Eddie Triplett, who apologized and expedited the missing $500 check next day. More
