I brought my 2007 Prius in 1 of 3 Prius that I have owned since 2008. I had lost my key fob after I had locked my car, to get a key fob programmed. My appointment was at 1:20 around 2 :15 I received a call since 2008. I had lost my key fob after I had locked my car, to get a key fob programmed. My appointment was at 1:20 around 2 :15 I received a call from the service rep that I needed to purchase another key fob so I could use my keyless entry for another $250 key fob plus my $250 key fob and $300 charge for programming. What the xxxx you can program a key fob to start the car and you have to have 2 key fobs to program it to unlock? I call B.S. I call it a strong arm up sale to pay for the Taj Mahal service center. More
