I brought my 2007 Prius in 1 of 3 Prius that I have owned since 2008. I had lost my key fob after I had locked my car, to get a key fob programmed. My appointment was at 1:20 around 2 :15 I received a call since 2008. I had lost my key fob after I had locked my car, to get a key fob programmed. My appointment was at 1:20 around 2 :15 I received a call from the service rep that I needed to purchase another key fob so I could use my keyless entry for another $250 key fob plus my $250 key fob and $300 charge for programming. What the xxxx you can program a key fob to start the car and you have to have 2 key fobs to program it to unlock? I call B.S. I call it a strong arm up sale to pay for the Taj Mahal service center. They tried to charge me for a repair I did not need. I told them to leave it alone I'd take it to my guys. When I called to come get my truck they said it was ready then I got there and it was not ready a told them to leave it alone I'd take it to my guys. When I called to come get my truck they said it was ready then I got there and it was not ready and the tech to put it together wasn't there. So I drove 2 hours round trip and ended up having to come back a few days later. Total disaster. More
