"Excellent purchase and service experience!"

Took my 2018 4Runner to the Service Dept to have runner boards mounted...Alfred Odister, my salesman, who has just been incredible, took care of arranging my service and appt. I need to mention, I work with several Toyota owners who have also purchased their Toyota from Capital...and all have been extremely pleased...My Director and her family have owned 7 ! I've worked with her for the last 20 years and Toyota is all I've seen her drive. So my first experience with their Service Dept was absolutely excellent! They are so nice, professional, efficient, and provide such good customer service. Super nice and comfortable waiting area as well. Anyway, all the rave reviews are proving true! I'm thinking my 4Runner will be the best purchase my family has made. It's nice to have such confidence in both our vehicle and the future care of it.

Called and scheduled my service for the next day. Dropped my car off and got it back by noon. All work was done satisfactory and Richard was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Capital Toyota Service Department.

Set-up appointment by phone. Same day service. Service Department folks were friendly, ready; and helpful. Car was service promptly and ready to go in less than 1 hour. Highly recommend Capital Toyota as the place to buy and have serviced your car. Great set of folks!

"Quick oil change"

My Avalon is ten years old this year. It is a well-taken-care-of car and I am happy with it’s performance over the years. I always take it to Calipol Toyota when it needs something. The service is usually quick and all of the personnel with whom I come in contact are personable and helpful. When I go to get the car, I don’t have to wait all day for someone to get it. I am retired and do not plan to buy a new car soon. I will continue to trust Capitol Toyota.

"Ralph Paty loves his Lexus friends like family"

Ralph Paty is like family to me. He has been selling me my Lexus for the past 25-30 years. He is a "Prince" of a fellow. The sales and service teams at Capital Lexus are a family and they treat you like family. They love what they do and it shows. They are always there for you and go the extra mile to guarantee your satisfaction. I am a widow and recently my car was in an accident and the rear had major damage. After the repair work was finished, I asked Ralph to inspect the workmanship for any flaws and he was right there for me. It is wonderful to have people like Ralph Paty who you can trust and rely upon to help maintain the care and service of your car. I am very grateful and thankful for his expertise. "Service department lacking"

Have been there several times for various service...other than replacing and balancing tires...they are severely lacking in quality work and understanding. Also if you do a survey by them, be ready to be berated.
