Patrick promptly returned my initial calls and was very helpful in checking for a part (knob to adjust outside mirrors) and scheduling an appointment. Everyone I came in contact with, especially Moses, made me feel welcome and I in turn felt that my car was in excellent hands. They also washed and vacuumed it, which was a really nice touch. We recently considered going to a smaller vehicle (from a Chevrolet Tahoe), but weren't sure where to begin after driving an SUV for so long. The sales associated showed us a few options that didn't appeal to us, so she asked many questions trying to get a feel of what we might like. This was late on Saturday and the one she wanted us to see was being serviced. She brought the vehicle to me on Monday morning so that I could try it out. After driving it for a while that day I realized it wasn't the car for me. When I took it back she showed me another that might fit my needs and it did! I was once again able to take the vehicle to first try out. The sales associate and her manager worked very hard to get me at the price I needed.
