Ernest did a excellent job! He listened and was very patient with me in making my decision. There was no high pressure sales tactics, and I felt I could walk away at any point in the deal with no hard f patient with me in making my decision. After visiting other dealerships in town, Capitol Chevrolet was my last stop. I thought for sure I was going home empty handed. Then David B. surfaced and made it happen. I purchased a 2013 Tahoe Chevrolet was my last stop. I thought for sure I was going home empty handed. Then David B. surfaced and made it happen. I purchased a 2013 Tahoe and had an "Excellent" experience. He took my trade in and I drove off in my Tahoe. Thank you David for changing my negative opinion on dealing with dealerships. The Girlfriend and I went in to look at a used car to fit 2 dogs that will get to be 100lbs when they're adult size. Ernest took the time to show us around and we didn't seem to find the right SUV.
