Overall, my experience with the service department was positive. However, when I picked up my vehicle, the steering wheel and door handles were dirty, as if the person who rotated the tires was also the s positive. When I arrived home and cleaned these areas with a cleaning solution, the paper towel was left noticeably dirty. This was not the first time that this has happened.
