New car was lovely and reasonably priced (as well as immediately available unlike at many other dealers), and trading in our car was a dream. Very easy process and generous price. The process took quite a long time (~5 hours) but not sure if that is common. We went in at around 4:30 for our appointment -- knowing in advance what car we wanted, doing a test drive of it, and then negotiating and signing papers -- and left a bit after 9 (the dealership closed at 8 but they stayed late to support us).
