Had the displeasure of getting my car damaged while being serviced, didn’t get notified of the damages until I happen to notice it later that day. When I complained about it, they had the audacity to say tha serviced, didn’t get notified of the damages until I happen to notice it later that day. When I complained about it, they had the audacity to say that they were responsible for the damage and they will do me the COURTESY of making the necessary repair. Courtesy? Courtesy was taking care of my car to begin with or maybe owning up to the damage when it occurred. Upon dropping my car off for them to repair it, they gave me a window of 1-4 days to get it back. I never heard from them on an updated window even when I reached out to ask, and it ended up taking 2 weeks. They found a way to make a whopping 1300$ recommended service cost me so much more. More
