I found him to have great follow through,always doing what he said he would and then some.He was knowledgeable about the product, and super willing to converse-sometimes going back and forth for as many as 10-15 emails or all in one day! When I mentioned that I would not be able to get to the dealership for a week or so, he let me know that the vehicle could be delivered to me if I so chose. This did take place, and with just a half an hour of thorough and caring walk through of the product and paperwork, the deal was done and I was happy as could be.
