We contacted this dealership after going online as a Costco member amd doing a lot of research viewing UTUBE videos and other sites like Edmunds & KellyBB. In just a few minutes, the dealership had sent me a list of representatives and Nick, one on the list, had contacted us. We called him back and explained which model and color we wanted. He quickly setup an appointment for later that day. Soon, a second representative emailed us that a car like we wanted would be waiting for a test drive. Upon arriving, we found the dealership was clean and bright, even on that rainy day. Someone immediately greeted us and said they would find Nick, which they did. Our meeting with Nick went well and soon we had a quote for the new car and a test drive. Upon returning, we got a fair offer for our 18-year old trade-in. An hour of paperwork later, we walked out and drove off in our new car. No pressure, no hassle. More
