Our first experience with this business, and it is the worst I have ever seen. They have had our car for 10 days at this point. The part arrived 3 days ago, and was supposed to be installed that day, but we are still awaiting the car and/or any response to texts and calls. Will avoid this business at all cost and will warn friends and family to go elsewhere. More

I took my van in for service yesterday and was highly impressed with the service that I received. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was in and out in less than an hour. Car Town Kia USA is the absolute best car dealer I have ever worked with. My last 3 vehicles were from them and I truly loved my Kia Soul and I traded it for a Kia Sorento, big mistake.
