Very frustrating to schedule appointment months ahead for oil change, tire rotation and a recall and drive over a hour to dealership early on a Saturday morning to find out they had quit doing recalls on Sa oil change, tire rotation and a recall and drive over a hour to dealership early on a Saturday morning to find out they had quit doing recalls on Saturdays a month prior due to customer complains on oil change wait times. They should have notified us to reschedule before we drove that far!! Now we have to go back in a week for recall . Not happy at all!! More

. My Kia died on me on the interstate. I took it to the dealer who of course found no problems and happily charged me 250.00+ dollars for my trouble. I will never buy another Kia. My kia only has 9k miles dealer who of course found no problems and happily charged me 250.00+ dollars for my trouble. I will never buy another Kia. My kia only has 9k miles on it and This was the last chance for Kia. Charging a returning customer for this activity is ethically despicable. I was stupid for buying kias after my first kia gave me a significant problem. I have learned my lesson. More
