My sales contact was Tasha and I found her to be really professional and friendly. Answered all my questions was great regarding firm filling etc Sales manager was fairly typical as I had to haggle over professional and friendly. Answered all my questions was great regarding firm filling etc Sales manager was fairly typical as I had to haggle over so many unnecessary dealer add ons but eventually we sorted things out Just about everyone I saw there was friendly and not too self- absorbed to say hallo. I mention this because it's not always the case. Brandon, the finance manager, was excellent too. Unusually, he didn't do the common thing of trying to get me to buy everything from paint protection to extended warranties. We did talk about warranties and he gave me prices and information so I could go away and research further. Truly excellent experience and I don't say that lightly especially as I've bought many, many cars. For what it's worth the facilities are really nice too with drinks and snacks on hand if you need them I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership. More

After using Kia roadside assistance, my Telluride had to be towed to this service company because they were the closest. This was on a Sunday morning. I called first thing Monday morning to 1. make sure the be towed to this service company because they were the closest. This was on a Sunday morning. I called first thing Monday morning to 1. make sure the car was there and 2. Get and estimate on when I would be able to pick it up. It took until 3 pm to even get to TALK to an employee there and that was because we went through the sales department (sales ALWAYS answers…) Finally by 5 they told me yes they had my car and it would be 2-3 days to do the diagnostic!! Are you kidding me? They should have had all the records from the 2 roadside service calls. It needed a new battery… that’s it! By Tuesday afternoon they called and told me I needed a battery. Duh! And it would be 2-3 days to get the order in. Are you kidding me?? They don’t keep standard batteries in stock?? Finally, they called me with the total and I paid at the service desk upon pick up. 5 days (and $450 spent on a rental) later I got my car back. “Here are the keys, it’s parked in the lot out there.” That was it. Next time I’m going to have the kia road service tech go get a battery and install it. He was amazingly helpful!! More
I leased a new Kia Sorrento from Car Town Kia January 2024 and it has been in the service shop there for 4 months of the past 2 years for different issues. Each time it was in the shop they argued about 2024 and it has been in the service shop there for 4 months of the past 2 years for different issues. Each time it was in the shop they argued about giving me a loaner car and wanted me to pay for a rental car. I finally asked them to break my lease a year early because it qualifies under lemon law, but they said that was not their issue and I would have to go to corporate Kia Motors. I understand some new cars have issues, but Car Town Kia was not responsive when I left messages and was not interested in helping me once the contract was signed. I would not buy another car from this dealer. More

Jessie went over the vehicle in depth and made sure I understood everything. She also worked closely with her managers to get me the exact price and payment I wanted, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I drove home in a 2025 Kia Sorento and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend asking for Jessie! More
I am here to disavow my previous review. That review was done at the insistence of Barry Fisher the salesman while I was still at the dealership in the middle of checking out a car. He kept That review was done at the insistence of Barry Fisher the salesman while I was still at the dealership in the middle of checking out a car. He kept wanting me to give him a review before any deal was done. It is now about a month later and I just made the first pymt. Please tell everyone you know or care about not to ever use this dealership for any vehicle purchase. Their deal put me upside down for about 10k.It didn't matter to them that I was a senior lady fighting cancer for over 5 years who only needed a good car to get to my doctor's appointments and to pick up food and meds. I found the previous owner's contract in with the Manuals. They sold this Kia Soul to me for the same price if not a little more than the first owner who bought it new. The agreed on down payment was 500.00 but after the sell I found an additional 500.00 missing from my bank account. The finance guy said the down payment was supposed to be 1k. When I threatened to see my lawyer, and he found proof the downpayment was 500.00 he had my 1k refunded back to my bank account. The cancer will kill me before I can pay this loan off. Then they can repo this overpriced scooter My only hope is that there is an extra hot place in xxxx for car salesmen and finance people like the ones at Kia. More
2020 Kia Telluride SX AWD – Stunning Vehicle, But Paint & Engine Failures with No Accountability We bought a 2020 Kia Telluride SX AWD in White Pearl with black wheels and the beautiful brown leather inte Engine Failures with No Accountability We bought a 2020 Kia Telluride SX AWD in White Pearl with black wheels and the beautiful brown leather interior. We fell in love with this vehicle—from the premium features like the holographic MPH display to the spacious, upscale cabin, advanced safety tech, and all-wheel drive performance. Kia made something special here, and we were proud to drive it. But within just 3–4 years, we ran into two major failures—both widely known issues—and Kia refused to take full responsibility. 1. Engine Failure / Oil Consumption The engine began burning oil at an abnormal rate and had to be replaced. Kia only paid for half the cost, leaving us with a $4,000+ bill, even though this issue is common in late-model Tellurides and has been widely reported. 2. White Pearl Paint Peeling Soon after, the paint started peeling in large sheets—mainly on the roof and pillars. Our trusted body shop and insurance adjuster both confirmed this is a known factory defect caused by poor paint adhesion. Kia’s Consumer Affairs department denied our claim—not based on the facts, but because the car had just passed the 100,000-mile mark. This has nothing to do with mileage or wear. It’s a quality issue—plain and simple. We now face another $3,000+ repair just to repaint a vehicle that was still under five years old when these problems occurred. This SUV has been garage-kept, well-maintained, and treated with care. Kia: We were loyal fans of this vehicle. You had us. But your lack of accountability for repeated, well-documented manufacturing defects has completely eroded that trust. 👉 Please contact us directly to make this right. We have full documentation: repair quotes, paint photos, insurance verification, and the Consumer Affairs denial. You still have the opportunity to do the right thing—for us and for the many others dealing with these same problems. Until then, we’ll continue sharing our experience to help others make informed decisions. More
